1/2 cup Red Onion
1/3 cup Snow Peas
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
5-6 cloves Garlic Minced
1 tbsp (grated) Ginger
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp White Pepper
2 tbsp Peanut oil
1 tsp Sesame Oil
For the Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tsp Chinese Rice Wine
1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Cornstarch

A very simple and classic Chinese Stir-Fried Chicken with Chinese Garlic Sauce. It is a perfect family meal. It is time to say goodbye to those unhealthy dishes when you can make this healthy dish at home easily.

Take a large bowl and then toss chicken breast tenders into cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thin strips with white pepper and toasted sesame oil. Let it be there for at least 10 minutes

Now take a small bowl and then stir up the low sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch and Chinese rice wine Or dry sherry (optional)

Heat up a frying pan on the high heat and then add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil or vegetable oil, divided oil in the pan

Add chicken pieces in it and spread it as much as possible

Sear the chicken for at least 1 minute without stirring

When all ingredients mix & vegetables seems tender & bright, stir in the cooked chicken, add prepared sauce

Cook until the sauce thickness, add 2 tbsp of water If needed. Stir for few seconds more

Serve hot with steamed brown rice.
