Steps

1
Done

Place the peeled & deveined raw shrimp in a food processor or bowl, and process until the shrimp are completely ground. Keep it aside in a large bowl

2
Done

Process the ground beef and set aside with the shrimp. Combine ground and shrimp, beef with ginger, shallot, chopped green onions, chopped napa cabbage, soy sauce, asian toasted sesame oil, salt and pepper, and white sugar, and mix the ingredients until combined

3
Done

Place a wrapper on a work surface, and place a scant teaspoon of filling in the center. Dampen the edges of the wrapper with a wet finger. Fold the dough into a half-moon shape, enclosing the filling, and press and seal, to remove extra air and seal the edges together. Refrigerate these wrappers on a parchment-lined baking sheet, while finishing the filling and sealing the 1 pack of Round gyoza/potsticker wrappers

4
Done

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place pot stickers into the hot oil, without crowding, and fry until the bottoms are golden brown for about 1 to 2 minutes

5
Done

Pour the water over the dumplings. Cover the pan with a lid and steam the dumplings until the water evaporates and dumplings have begun to fry in oil again for about 5 to 7 minutes

6
Done

Remove the lid from the skillet and let the pot stickers cook until all the water is evaporated until the wrapper has shrunk down onto the filling for another 2 to 3 minutes

7
Done

Pot Stickers are ready to serve.
