Soft and crispy sugar Peppermint Kiss Thumbprint Cookies having a center filled with creamy white chocolate and topped with a peppermint kiss. This year celebrates your Christmas with some crunchy cookie stuff.

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.

Mix in 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp almond extract

Whisk together 2-1/4 cups flour,1/2 tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt in another medium bowl. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix them well

Make small balls of the dough and place on prepared baking sheet. Press the balls gently with the thumb or the end of the wooden spatula
