Naan recipe makes the perfect Naan for making your traditional meal more scrumptious. I have eaten this Naan from Indian restaurant and found it amazing to try by myself

Dissolve 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Set it aside for 10 minutes until frothy

Stir in ¼ cup sugar, 1 egg, 3 tbsp milk, 2 tsp salt and enough 4-1/2 flour to make soft dough Knead for 6- 8 minutes on a floured surface to make it smooth

Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with damp cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour until dough doubled

Punch down dough and knead in 2tsp garlic

Make balls of this dough and place on a tray. Cover with a towel and allow to rise it again until double in size for 30 minutes

During second rising, preheat grill to high heat

Make a thin circle of dough balls and place it on a lightly greased grill. Cook for 2- 3 minutes until light brown in color

Brush uncooked side with ¼ cup butter and rotate

Remove from grill and continue the process to make all naan.
