1/2 cup Honey Mustard

6 tbsp diced Onion
4 tbsp diced Bell Pepper
4 tbsp Flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees F

Prepare buns or buttermilk biscuits and chicken tenders of any brand according to package’s instructions

Cut buns or biscuits in to 2 equal halves. Place one half on large greased cookie sheet. Spoon honey on the bottom half of bun/biscuit and place chicken tenders on it. Top with 1 slice of cheddar cheese

Cover the bun/biscuit with second half of cookie/bun

Bake for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted

Remove from oven and pour sauce & spoon ¼ cup coleslaw onto ham on each

Heat butter in the pan & add chopped onion and pepper, cook till tender.
