1/4 cup Margarine
1 tbsp (ground) Cinnamon
3 1/4 cups Flour
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup (softened) Margarine
1 Egg
1/2 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Cinnamon Rolls are my favorite and usually I make it when weather is pleasant or cloudy. The best thing about cinnamon rolls are its’ dough which is very soft and easy to handle.

Steps

Heat the milk until bubbles are formed and then remove it

Mix in 1/4 cup margarine and stir until melted. Cool it until lukewarm

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast, 2-1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add 1/4 cup water milk mixture and 1 egg and beat it well

Now, add the remaining flour, ½ cup at a time and stir well after each addition

After some time, when the dough pulled together, bring it to flour surface and knead well for about 5 minutes

Cover the dough with damp cloth and leave it for 10 minutes

Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix 1 tspground cinnamon, brown sugar and softened margarine

Make a rectangle of 12×9 inch of this dough and spread the dough with sugar/ 1/2 cup margarine, softened mixture

Sprinkle with raisins. It’s optional.

Roll up dough and pinch it for sealing. Cut into 12 equal sizes and place cut size up in greased muffin cups

Cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes

Bake in the preheated oven at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes

Remove from muffin cups to cool and serve them.
