100 g Brown Sugar
250 g Flour
90 g Cocoa Powder
250 ml Buttermilk
125 ml Sour Cream
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1-1/2 tsp Baking Soda

60 g Butter
100 g Peanut Butter
100 g Icing Sugar
80 ml (thick) Cream
3/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 tsp Salt

First of all preheat the oven at 180°C or Gas mark 5

Now by using paper liners use the cupcake tray

In a mixing bowl add butter with 2 of the sugars and mix with the electric mixer until the butter becomes more light and fluffier. Now add eggs one by one each at a time, and then add the vanilla essence and mix all the batter once again

In a separate bowl whisk buttermilk and sour cream ,In another bowl mix plain flour, baking soda, cocoa powder & salt

Then slowly add plain flour and butter milk mixture to the mixing bowl and mix until they become one and blended properly.Then use rubber spatula just to make sure the batter is evenly mixed

Divide the batter evenly in the cupcake pan and place them in the middle of the oven and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes , until the toothpick comes out dry. After taking them out let the cupcakes cool down. Never use frosting on the hot cupcakes.

For Frosting

Add icing sugar, peanut butter, butter, salt and vanilla essence in the bowl and mix well with the electric mixer. Mix them all with medium or low speed until it become thick and creamy

Add the cream to the mixture and then mix at a very high speed until the mixture become very light

Then frost each cup cake with the peanut butter frosting and sprinkle chopped peanuts.
