A Chicken Crescent Roll Casserole is a food item prepared in a dish and then baked in an oven. This casserole uses chicken as the main ingredient; however you can also prepare it with turkey or other meat. The cream, cheese and mayonnaise add a creamy texture to this dinner role casserole, making its taste heavenly

Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit

Lightly grease a casserole dish with butter

Take a saucepan and add to it the whipped cream, ¾ cup cheese and chicken soup. You can add a little salt and black pepper to the soup if you want; however it is not necessary

Heat the saucepan on low flame until the cheese melts. Keep stirring to mix it with the cream and soup

Now to prepare the filling: take a bowl and add the cream cheese and butter. Both of these should be very soft, otherwise they will not mix well

Add garlic powder to this mixture

Now add the chicken, cheese and chopped onions. You can use green onions if you like. Mix all of these ingredients very well with a spoon. Make sure that the chicken is completely coated and there are no separate clusters or lumps of cream cheese in the mixture.

Add mayonnaise. You can also use whipped cream instead of the mayonnaise. Fold the mayonnaise into the mixture to combine it well

Add salt and ground black pepper according to taste

To assemble the rolls, place the crescent rolls on a flat surface

Put one spoonful of the chicken mixture on each roll. Roll up the crescent and press the edges together to seal them

Drizzle a few drops of the soup mixture into the casserole dish. Make sure the bottom of the dish is entirely coated with a thin layer

Place the rolls in the dish so they lie on the soup mixture

Now pour the remaining creamy soup mixture on top of the rolls. Just make sure that the rolls are coated well, and then add grated cheese on top

Bake for 30 minutes, until cheese melts and the top is golden in color.
