¾ cup Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 cup Almonds (skin removed)
1/4 cup Pistachios (blanched)
1 pinch Saffron (optional)
for garnish Pistachios (optional)

A delicious combination of Cream Almond and Pistachio to make an Asian style ice-cream, normally known as Kulfi.

In a mixer add the blanched almonds and pistachios along with ½ cup of milk.

Grind it to a smooth paste.

Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.

Add heavy cream, remaining milk, condensed milk and cardamom powder.

Note: If using saffron, in warm milk add a tablespoon of saffron, and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes. Add this saffron milk to the ice-cream mixture.

Mix well.

Adjust the sweetness by adding more condensed milk if needed.

Transfer the mixture into kulfi molds, Popsicle molds or any other freezer safe dish.

Let it sit for 3-4 hours.
