Apart from its good taste, Zucchini Bread can be freezable. You can use it anytime as a cure of hunger. Make your breakfast more energetic and delightful. My younger sister made this for her kids and shared her experience with me

Grease and flour the baking pan and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F

Sift baking powder, salt soda and flour in a bowl

Mix beaten eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar in a bowl

Now add sifted dry mixture to the creamed mixture and beat gently

Stir this mixture with zucchini and nuts until mixed well

Pour batter in the baking pan and bake for about 40-60 minutes

Cool it completely and serve with flavored jam.
