Traditional Chilaquiles is a traditional kind of dish which is perfect for growing children as it is enriched with fats and proteins the best to get energy. The spicy flavor of different peppers along with soothing cheese flavor makes this dish an all- time favorite food for children.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix tomatoes, onion, both peppers, cilantro, garlic cloves, mint and salt and give them a fine smooth blend

Pour the mixture to a sauce pan and give it a boil. Keep it heating on low flame until it gets thick? Keep on stirring the batter with an interval of ten minutes

Now add chicken to the batter and cook the broth till the chicken gets thoroughly simmered and dipped

With another pan heat vegetable oil to fry tortilla strips till they get crispy and light brown in color. Strain them out separately

Take a wide baking dish and layer half of the tortillas in them

Pour half of the tomato sauce on the tortillas and sprinkle half of both the cheese on them

Now repeat with layering the tortillas, sauce and cheese

Put the dish in a preheated oven and bake them until it gets golden tone.it will take maximum 35 minutes
