Tiramisu is a special kind of sweet dish which is rich with all the nutrition that everyone requires. However for the diet conscious people we suggest not to try this dessert quite often because it is a kind of mascarpone custard made with egg yolks, whipped cream cheese and coffee soaked ladyfinger.

Whip sugar & egg yolks in a sauce pan and allow them to boil for a minute while adding milk and stirring continuously

Remove from heat & allow it to cool down to room temperature, now cover it and refrigerate for an hour

Take out cream and vanilla essence in a separate bowl till it gets stiff then add mascarpone cheese to this batter and whisk till it gets smooth

Pour coffee along with ladyfinger cookies in a small bowl and sprinkle over coffee in half lengthwise

Now take a broad dish and make a base of half soaked ladyfingers. Pour half of cheese mixture over it and make a third layer with half of whipped cream

Repeat the layers in the same way and drizzle with sugar free cocoa

Make it air tight and refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving.
