Sweet Potato Casserole was a new dish for me when my best friend invited me at her home and made this recipe. She made this in front of me and I got the ingredients and method to cook. Potatoes are my favorite vegetable and I experience many recipes of potatoes.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Boil the Sweet Potatoes in a saucepan and mash it after tendering

Mix the Sweet Potatoes, White Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Salt and Vanilla extract to form a smooth mixture. Transfer it to baking dish

In a separate bowl, combine the Brown Sugar and Flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture is stiff. Stir in the Chopped Pecans and drizzle the mixture over Sweet Potatoes

Bake for about 30 minutes and transfer to serving dish.
