Cook ziti or any other pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it and set aside

Now take a frying pan, add a tablespoon of butter and melt it over medium heat. Add chicken pieces in the pan (already cut into bite size) and sprinkle with the all purpose seasoning mix along with cayenne. Keep turning over the chicken bites until tender. Set it aside as well

Take the sun dried tomatoes, drain the oil from them. If you want, you can chop the tomatoes and add them in frying pan with some chopped garlic gloves. Sauté for a few minutes or until the tomatoes are aromatic

Now to prepare sauce add chicken broth, milk and Mozzarella cheese. Keep stirring the mixture until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth enough and bubbly. It will start to thicken up slightly, if needed add some extra milk or broth to thin it out

Now add spinach in the sauce, it’ll be cooked instantly. Mix pasta, chicken bites and the sun dried tomatoes in the sauce and you are all set to enjoy the yummiest PASTA!
