Combine 4 cups old-fashioned oats, 1 cup sunflower kernels, 1 cup flaked coconut and 1 tsp salt in a 3 quarter slow cooker

Whisk ½ cup honey and ½ cup oil in a small bowl until blended completely. Stir this viscous honey mixture into oat mixture

Cover and cook it for 2 hours and stir it after every 20 minutes

Transfer the granola to baking sheets. Spread it evenly and cool completely
