Droop 3 cups yogurt in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours

Remove the thick portion of yogurt from the cloth in a bowl. This thick yogurt is known as chakka

Add cardamom powder, ½ cup sugar powder and saffron milk in the chakka and mix it well This mixture is called sirkhand. Transfer it to the serving bowls
