4 Red Bell Pepper
10 Basil Leaves
4 tbsp Toasted Pine
4 - 6 tbsp Olive Oil
1 - 2 tsp Salt Flakes
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 clove (crushed) Garlic
1 tbsp White Vinegar
for drizzle Olive Oil

Roasted Red Pepper Pesto are easy to make and the best thing about this is that you can freeze it for future use. I bought it from grocery store but now I have an experience of making it by myself. Believe me it is easy and tasty at all.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees F.

Cut the all sides of 4 red bell peppers (you could use yellow) and use the bottom piece.

Place the Pepper slices on a baking sheet with the skin side down. Sprinkle the Olive Oil, 1 - 2 tsp sea salt flakes generous pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Roast for about 25 minutes so that the edges start to blacken.

Pass the Peppers through a food processor with all other ingredients except Olive Oil.

Pour the Olive Oil through the spout of bowl drop by drop as per desire. Process it for some time and make a smooth mixture of it

Spread this mixture on the bread to eat or freeze in jars for future purposes.
