Preheat oven at 375 degrees F

Grease the baking dish with oil

In a mixing bowl, mix room temperature cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, flour and pinch of salt. Keep it aside

In another bowl, put the red velvet cake powder and stir in 2 eggs. Mix it well and at the end spoon oil in it. Now make flat slices of this mixture and keep the cream cheese batter in the center of slice. Fold it to form a ball
