Rava Laddu are traditional eastern sweet dish. Females make this recipe on EID and wedding occasions. These are made by using condensed milk.

Melt 3 tbsp ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cashews until light brown color appears

Add the raisins in a ghee and fry for some time. Take them out and set them aside

Add the 1 and 1/2 cups semolina in the same pan and fry persistently on a medium heat until light golden color appears

Add the Desiccated Coconut 1/2 cup to it and fry for some time, Then, add roasted nuts and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder in it and mix well

At the end, pour condensed 1 and 1/4 cup milk and milk in it to form an even mixture

Remove from the flame and allow it to cool slightly, When it is warm enough to handle, make small balls of it

Store them in airtight jars or serve them. You can consume these laddus upto 4-5 days.
