Add water & crushed raspberries in a pan & cook. Meanwhile mash raspberry with masher spoon

Add lemon juice or ½ tsp citric acid & sugar. Cook jam until it becomes thick

Now put 1 teaspoon jam in a plate and leave it for 10 minutes. If it is set then jam is ready

Remove from pan. Pour into jar, when cold and sealed immediately.
