Place pudding over a medium heat in a pan & crush it into small pieces. Mix with wooden spoon & fry it for about 4-5 minutes & get it a bit crispy

In another pan with low flame, mix the cranberry sauce with mulled wine. Cook it for some time until its completely warms up

Add one or two tsp of sugar in a cranberry sauce to make it more sweeter

After the pudding gets warm & crispy, fill it in a serving bowl with the top of good quality vanilla ice cream & cranberry sauce layering

To make your dessert more appetizing, sprinkle 1 large handful toasted flake almonds and 100 g good quality grated dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids) on it
