2 Potatoes
½ tbsp Olive Oil
½ tbsp Rravy Herbs
1 cup (chopped) Walnuts
3 tbsp White Sugar
1 tbsp Butter
4 cups (chopped) Kale
to taste Salt
For The Dressing
3 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Orange Juice
½ tsp Garlic Minced
3 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Mustard
½ tbsp Honey
¼ tsp Salt

Potato Salad with Candied with Walnuts mixed vegetables isa good source of proteins and vitamins. If you want to burn your calories, eat it at lunch time without adding butter in it.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Toss the 2 sweet potatoes with ½ tbsp gravy herbs and ½ tbsp oil. Spread it on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes

Turn up the heat to 475 degrees F and roast again for 5-10 minutes to give a brown appearance. It should be dry once potatoes are cooked

Cut the 4 cups chopped kale into small pieces and keep it aside

Melt the 1tbsp butter in a saucepan and add 1 cup walnuts and sugar. Stir it for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolved. Transfer to foil paper for letting it cool

For dressing, process all the ingredients in a food processor and keep it aside

For assembling, toss all the ingredients together before serving

Arrange the nuts, sweet potatoes and any other toppings over the kale in a pretty colorful manner
