50 g Ham Strips
50 g Bamboo Shoots
25 g Shiitake Mushroom
1 white part Spring Onion
For Sauce Mix
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Corn Flour
125 ml Water
1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder

Deep-fried Phoenix Prawns is an easy appetizer that can be made with few ingredients. The juicy prawns are crispy on the outside and sieve on the inside, making it a delicious snack as well.

Cut a slit on the back of each Prawn (Shelled & leave tails on)

Flatten the prawns with a chopper. Put thick ham strips near the tails of prawns and roll up

Deep-fry prawns in hot oil until done and drain

Heat 1 tbsp oil and Sauté slices of bamboo shoots & mushrooms and slices of white part of spring onion

Stir in the all Lee Kum Kee Premium sauce mix and heat through. Add fried prawns and stir well quickly until heated

Phoenix Prawns are ready to serve in a serving dish.
