1 pound Boneless Chicken
1 package Rice Noodles
2 cups Bean Sprouts
3 (chopped) Green Onion
1/4 cup (chopped) Peanuts
1 Lemon
4 Eggs
3 tbsp White Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1/8 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 cup Vegetable Oil

This is a traditional Pad Thai recipe made by my mother. Use chicken, pork, beef, tofu, or a combination. The great recipe really works!

Soak rice noodles in cold water for about 30 to 50 minutes. Drain and keep it aside

Heat butter in a large, heavy skillet

Saute bite sized pieces of chicken until browned. Remove, and keep it aside

Heat oil in wok at a medium heat

Crack eggs into hot oil, and cook until firm. Stir in chicken, and again cook for 5 minutes

Add softened noodles, and vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and red pepper. Adjust seasonings as per taste

Mix while cooking, until noodles become soft. Add bean sprouts, and mix for 3 minutes. Pad Thai is ready to serve.
