People who love seafood definitely love this recipe. Serve the Mushroom Spaghetti with mayonnaise sauce for a mouth-watering flavor.

Cook the 8 ounces whole wheat pasta as per package directions. Drop the 4tbsp oil over boiled pasta to avoid sticking

Melt 4 tbsp of butter over high heat. Add 3 clove of garlic and saute for a minute

Add the 16 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and softened

In another pan, melt the remaining 4 tbsp of butter over medium high heat. Add the 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided and saute for a minute.

Now, add the 2 tbsp flour and herbes de provence. Fry for a minute until fragrant

Pour the 1½ cups milk slowly and let the mixture simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper

For assembling, toss the sauce, mushrooms and pasta together. Add the 3 tablespoons olive oil and additional ¼ cup water from getting too thick.

Stir in the parsley before serving

Mix 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl. Serve this sauce with pasta.
