This is short and quick recipe of Morning Buns ideally suited to be served in Breakfast.

First mix sugar, fast rising yeast (1 envelope) or 2 1⁄4 tsp instant yeast (1 envelope), all-purpose flour and salt in a large zipper bag. Next put unsalted butter, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices and chilled (3 sticks, or 336g) in the bag and seal it and mix it to coat

Roll over the bag many times with rolling pan by shaking till butter is pressed hard to produce large flakes

Next put the mixture in a bowl and put sour cream, water, egg yolk and orange juice to produce a batter

Now turn dough onto surface covered with slight flour and shape it on the surface to make round balls. Make 12 balls and put into baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 15 minutes

Now put 12 muffin cups with grease and foil liners with the cooking spray

Now mix granulated sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, brown sugar,packed & vanilla in a bowl

Remove the dough from refrigerator and put it on the floured area. Roll the dough into round balls and put it in cylinder and cut cylinder into twelve pieces and put the cup side up to muffin cups

Now cover the thing with plastic wrap and freeze it for 4 hours or more than a day

Now preheat the oven at 200 degrees and adjust the rack to place in center position. Put pan on the rack filled with boiled water

Take the buns from refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap

Next place the buns for 20 to 30 minutes till it get becomes fluffy and double in size

Remove the water pan and buns from oven

Next heat the oven at 425 degrees and bake it till buns become puffed at least for 5 minutes and after that reduce oven heat to 325 degrees

Bake till buns gets deep brown for about 50 minutes

Next cool buns for 5 minutes and allowed it to cool. Serve it warm.
