8 cups Rolled Oats
1-1/2 cups Wheat Germ
1-1/2 cups Oat Bran
2 cups Cranberries
1 cup Seeds
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Pecans
1 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Honey
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1-1/2 tsp Salt

Megan’s Granola is a crunchy and oats stuffed granola balls. I have tried many recipes and this tops them all. You can eat it as a snack at supper time.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper

8 cups Combine the oats, oat bran, wheat germ,1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup finely chopped pecans, almonds and walnuts in a large bowl

In a saucepan, stir the salt, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, oil,1 cup vegetable honey, 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp vanilla

Boil it over medium heat and pour over dry ingredients for coating. Spread this mixture evenly on baking sheets

Bake for 20 minutes until crispy and toasted

Cool it and sprinkle raisins or cranberries before serving
