Sounds unusual but you will love this easily baked salmon steeped in citrus and maple flavors glaze. I just came out with this simple Maple Salmon recipe one night and my family absolutely loved it!!

Take a bowl, mix together soya sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and maple syrup

Now place salmon in a baking glass dish, coat it with maple syrup mixture and marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning once

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C

Take out the marinated salmon from the refrigerator and place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake it for about 20 minutes or until easily specked with a fork. Your Maple Salmon is ready to eat!
