Lo Mein is an Asian noodles recipe that enhances its flavor when cooked with seasonal vegetables. Children and young people love to eat noodles instead of bread in their meals.

Mix all the ingredients of sauce in a jar and store it

Boil the 4-6 ounces uncooked ramen noodles as per package directions. Drain the water and keep it aside

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet and add 3 white and green portion of onions, and other vegetables in it. Fry it for 5 minutes until tender

Add 1-2 tbsp mirin in it to loosen the browned bits up off the bottom of the pan

Now, add the cooked noodles in it and mix well

Pour half of the sauce in it and mix gently

You can add more sauce if you desire a medium brown color of the noodles

Top with the remaining green onions and serve in a serving dish.
