1/4 tsp Cumin
1tsp (slashed) Coriander Leaves
1tsp (slashed) Mint Leaves
1tsp (slashed) Curry leaves
1 tsp Ghee

Make a glue of turmeric powder and salt. Marinate chicken pieces with the masala and keep it for quite a while. Powder cardamom, nutmeg, mace and cumin together. Saute the onions and chilies in  ghee. Include squashed ginger, garlic, powdered masalas, bean stew powder and all the slashed leaves and saute well. After eventually, include chicken and tomato. Close the top and cook till done. Make sure you do not add water while cooking
