Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs are best eatable in winter season to keep you warm. Jalapeno, Cheddar Cheese and Bacon are main ingredients that enhance the savor of Eggs.

Boil 12 eggs in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool it under cold running water and peel off its outer covering

Boil Bacon in a separate skillet for 10 minutes until it gives brownish color. Now, drain 4 slices bacon on paper towels and crumble it after it gets cool

Remove seeds and stems of 3 jalapeno peppers. Mince 1 pepper and slice remaining peppers into thin strips. Keep it aside.

Cut Eggs in lengthwise into 2 pieces and remove Egg yoks

Mash the Egg yolks in minced Jalapeno, 1 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Brown Mustard and 1/4 red onion

In a serving dish, fill the Egg whites with prepared Egg mixture and drizzle crumbled Bacon and Paprika.
