Quick and easy method to make the best Italian wedding cookies recipe. Loaded with walnuts & hazelnuts, and finally coated in powder sugar to give a snowball shape.

Preheat your oven to 325”F.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream, butter and 3/4 c of the powder sugar and mix it gently until fluffy and smooth.

Add the vanilla extract, and little by little the ground walnuts and hazelnuts. Mix until combined well

Start adding in the flour little by little until mixed in properly.

Prepare the largest cookie sheet and use a small spoon to form the cookies into rounds, the size of a golf ball or smaller. Make about 45 cookies from this mixture.

Arrange all the cookies on the baking sheet with a few distances from each other.

Bake the cookies in the preheated 325”F oven for about 20 minutes.

Remove these wedding cookies from the oven and allow them to cool off for a few minutes. After some time, roll them over the reserved powder sugar.
