Boil water in a saucepan and add a pinch of Salt in it

Peel potatoes and make small cubes. Add in the boiling water and cook for at least 10 minutes. Small cubes become tender very soon

Remove from flame and place under cold running water to cool

Dry the potatoes by setting it free in open air

After some time the potatoes dried up, grate the potatoes by using a cheese grater in a bowl

Add parmesan, flour and oregano to the shredded potatoes and mix well

Coat this mixture around the Hot dog pieces to form tots

Freeze the tots for about 30 minutes

In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry tots in it until it gets golden brown in color
