Salmon fish is a healthy fish which is highly enriched with proteins. People, who love sea food, really know well about the significance of salmon fish. Grilled Salmon Fillets serves lemon and garlic give the perfect taste.

Marinate the Salmon fillets with Garlic powder to taste, Lemon Pepper to taste and Salt

In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup Soya Sauce, Water, 1/3 cup Brown Sugar and 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil until Sugar is dissolved

Apply this liquid mixture on a Fish Fillet and pack in plastic bag. Refrigerate it for 2 hours Preheat grill over a medium heat

Oil the grill tray and bake Salmon for about 6-8 minutes per side so that golden brown color appears

Serve with mint sauce and boiled rice.
