Add rice and broth to a saucepan and let it boil on low heat till the rice absorbs liquid

Spread the boiled rice to a flat plate and allow it to cool down

Pour the eggs in a sauce pan with just a sprinkle of oil and stir it gently for 1 minute and then shift to a small bowl

Put asparagus in a sauce pan and cook at medium heat in canola oil. Stir it for two minutes

Now add bell pepper slices, ginger mince, garlic mince and 1 inches slices of scallion to the sauce pan and cook till the vegetables get tender
