This Creamy Cauliflower Sauce is perfect sauce to serve with pizza, pasta or anything else you want to cover with this creamy sauce

Done

Fry the 8 large cloves garlic, minced paste with 2 tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat. Cook it for some time until fragrant. Remove from heat and keep it aside

Boil the water and add the 5-6 cups cauliflower florets. Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes until cauliflower tender. Do not drain

For making a puree, transfer the cauliflower pieces to the blender

Add 1 cup cooking liquid, sautéed garlic/butter, ½ tsp pepper , 1 teaspoon salt (more to taste) and milk. Blend it for some time to make a smooth mixture.

If the sauce looks dry, add a few drops of ½ cup milk (more to taste) , water or olive oil

Serve hot in a bowl with pasta or spagettes.
