1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 cup White Sugar
2 tsp Onion
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Seeds
1/4 tsp Paprika

1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Spinach is a rich source of proteins which strengthens immune system. Cranberry Spinach Salad is a very easy and quickly made recipe.

Melt 1 tbsp butter over a medium heat in a saucepan

Cook and stir ¾ cups almonds in it until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and keep it aside for cooling

In a medium bowl, whisk 1 tbsp poppy seeds, ½ cups sugar, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, ½ cup sugar, 2 tsb minced onion, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar and 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Toss with spinach before serving
