Whisk the 400 ml (1 can) of coconut cream, 125 ml Or 1/2 cup of thickened cream, eggs and combined 1/3 cup (70 g) of Brown Sugar & 1/4 cup (55 g) of white Sugar in a bowl

Strain the cream mixture into a jug and pour six 125 ml (1/2-cup) capacity ramekins or Asian-style tea cups

Place a large bamboo steamer over a wok, which is one-third filled with water. Bring to the boil (make sure the base of the steamer doesn't touch the water)

Place the ramekins or teacups in the steamer and cover with a non-stick baking paper. Cook for about 12-15 minutes until the custard is just set. Remove from the steamer and let it cool

Place the mango, lime leaves and extra 2 tbsp of brown sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves
