Soft Cinnamon Roll Pull Apart Bread are perfect for cozy mornings and warm evenings. It is a cinnamon sugar mixture butter bread for a hungry tummy.

Dissolve the 1 package (2½ tsp) active dry yeast in the ½ cup warm water and transfer it to a mixing bowl

Mix the 2 cups mik, ¾ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 eggs, beaten and 2 cups of flour. Mix it slowly until the dough is smooth and elastic

Now, add 3 cups of flour and mix at a high speed, so that the dough should appear glossy

Add the ½ cup melted butter and mix in well. Stir in the remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

Rest And Knead

Place the dough on a slightly floured surface. Toss it well so that it coated well with flour

Divide the dough into 2 parts for making 2 loaves

Make a rectangular roll of each loaf Mix the 1½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon together

Spread 2 tbsp of butter onto each rectangular dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

Now, shape the loaf as you desire Place the dough on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cut diagonal slices of this loaf. Arrange the cut slices so that they lean to alternate sides

Let it rise for 20 minutes to puff up a little bit. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
