12 oz Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

One of my favorite & easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe is great for parties. A rich chocolate cake mousse one of the great choice for Chocolate lovers

Steps

Greece pan, so that it will be easy to remove mousse from pan

Place Cookies into the bag & crush it up

Now add Softened butter into the cookies & mix it to make crumb

Spread this crumb to greased pan & bake it at 350 c for 5 minutes

Now heat pan to melt heavy cream & chocolate chip together to making sure stir it together to get it to melt

When its melted, add vanilla extract & salt

Now go ahead to cool that in another bowl

Now in another bowl, put heavy cream, & sugar & mix till it become soft & firm consistency that is same like whipped cream

Now fold heavy cream mixture, then the whipped cream, then continue to fold it, until it becomes smooth

Now the mixture is ready to pour it on the top of the biscuits crunch & make it smooth by using spatula

Now cover it & place it overnight into the fridge. Refrigerate it until it becomes full cold

Now mix more heavy cream, granulated sugar, whipped cream into bowl unti it becomes smooth, firm whipped cream consistency, then add vanilla extract & mix well

Now I'm lining the spring-form pan with knife, then it will allow the chocolate mousse to remove from pan

Now drizzle chocolate sauce & creamy whipped cream mixture.
