Next is to place the 4 ounce boneless chicken breast halves (without skin) between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and hit to one fourth inch thickness using a rolling pin or meat mallet. Now sprinkle chicken with black pepper and salt

Now heat oil in large frying pan at moderate temperature. Add the chicken and cook it for three minutes turning each side. Set aside
