1 cup Dry Marsala Wine
2 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Flour
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
Parsley

A delicious, homiest and classy chicken dish- drizzled with Marsala wine and mushrooms. Chicken Marsala is one of my go-to recipes when I want something quick to cook for weeknights

Take a shallow bowl and mix together all the dry ingredients i.e flour, salt & pepper. Now coat the chicken breast pieces with the flour mixture; already prepared in the bowl

In a large frying pan, melt some butter over medium heat. Place the coated skinless & boneless chicken pieces in the pan and cook for few minutes turning over the pieces regularly. When light brown, add fresh mushrooms & pour in wine. Cover the frying pan with a lid and allow the chicken to cook gently for about 10 minutes, turning once and until the juices are being dried up
