400 g (cubes) Chicken
2 cup Chicken Stock
1 medium Green Capsicum
2 Serrano Pepper cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 beaten Egg
1-1/2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
1-1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp (crushed) Ginger
2 tbsp (crushed) Garlic
1/4 tsp MSG
1/4 tsp (ground) Black Pepper
1 medium slices Onion
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 stalks Green Onion
to taste Salt
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

In a bowl, combine the flour, cornflour, egg, salt and one tbsp. of soy sauce. Afterwards, add in the chicken and carefully mix. Set aside for about thirty minutes. Then, mix the remaining cornflour in a cup of water.

In a wok, heat enough oil and for about 2 to 3 minutes deep fry the marinated chicken. Then, using an absorbent paper, carefully drain the chicken. Afterwards, in a wok, heat oil and add the garlic and ginger and stir together for about thirty minutes

Add the Serrano pepper and onion and stir continuously for one minute. Then, stir in the remaining soy sauce, chicken stock and MSG.

Allow the mixture to boil. Stir in the cornflour mixture and allow cooking for one minute or more or till the sauce begins to thicken

Add the pieces of fried chicken and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes

Stir in the vinegar. Serve hot and you may garnish it with spring green onions.
