1 pound Pizza Dough
1 cup (cooked) Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Shallots
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 cup Fontina Cheese
3/4 cup Skimmed Milk
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2-1/2 tsp Flour
1 tbsp Parsley
2 tsp Olive Oil

I experienced Alfredo pasta from my favorite restaurant but Chicken Alfredo Pizza was my new experience when I made it at inter-college competition festival. I won 2nd prize in it. My teachers appreciated me on my perfect recipe. Try it, you will definitely like it

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Spray a baking sheet or pizza stone with cooking spray

Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook Shallot in it for about a minute

Add in Salt, Garlic and Pepper and cook for about 30 seconds

Add Flour in it. Whisk and cook together for about 30 seconds

Now, pour in the milk slowly and stir it. Continue stirring until the sauce becomes thick

Pour this sauce over the Pizza Dough crust

Spread the Mozzarella and Fontina Cheese and the Sliced Chicken

Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the Cheese completely melts down

Remove from oven and top with Chopped Parsley
