Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil

Whisk the 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt In a large bowl, beat the 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup butter with an electric mixer to make it smooth

Beat in one 2 egg yolks yolk. Beat in the other egg yolk along with the 1 teaspoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add the flour mixture in it and mix well until fully incorporated

On a floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/4-inch thickness

Cut with the help of cookie cutter into favorite shapes

Place cookies on the baking sheet
