BuffBuffalo Chicken Wings are similar to hot wings which are largely sold by junk food retail shops. You can freeze these wings and consume it everyday.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt

Place the chicken wings in a dish and sprinkle flour mixture for evenly coating. Cover it and refrigerate for 60-90 minutes

Heat the plenty of oil in a fryer. Wings should be covered in this oil

Combine the hot sauce, butter, pepper and garlic powder in a small sauce pan over low flame. Heat it until the butter melts down and mixture blends completely. Remove it from heat and keep it separate for serving

Now, fry the coated wings for 10-15 minutes or until wings begin to turn brown

Remove from heat, place in a serving bowl with hot sauce mixture and tomato ketchup.
