1-1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp (optional) Pimento Pepper

Macaroni Salads can be used as an appetizer in parties and weddings. This Chinese recipe is very popular among people in Asian and European countries. I received complements from my husband when I shared this recipe with him

Boil the Salty water in a big pot and add Macaroni for boiling. Check it after 7-8 minutes and remove from flame unless it gets tender

Place the boiled Macaroni under cold water so that temperature locks and it does not jumble up

In a separate bowl, mix Mayonnaise, Sugar, Mustard, Salt, Vinegar and Pepper

Add Onion, Carrot, Macaroni, Pimentos and Pepper in it and stir well

Mix it well and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours for better results
