½ bunch Fresh Coriander

Mix onion, green chili, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, crushed red chili, coriander seeds, cumin seeds in beef mince

Mix beef in chopper for 2 minutes

Roast gram flour in pan for about 2 minutes, now add into mince

Now add fresh chopped coriander, egg & mint leaves into mince
